All services are customized to each client’s goals and may vary by project.
3. Client Responsibilities
By working with IZ1 Media, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and approvals in a timely manner

• Maintain access to any necessary advertising accounts or tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager)

• Ensure compliance with Meta’s Advertising Policies and applicable laws

We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if necessary information or approvals are delayed.
4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

• Payment is due on or before the billing date specified on your invoice.

• Late or missed payments may result in paused campaigns or suspension of services.

• All fees are non-refundable once campaign work has begun or deliverables have been produced.

If you cancel your service, any work completed or costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.
5. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of specific results such as sales volume, revenue, or ROI.
While we aim to generate qualified leads and optimize campaigns, marketing performance depends on multiple factors, including client responsiveness, market conditions, and offer quality.
We do not assume responsibility for lead conversion, sales outcomes, or client-side communication with leads.
6. Intellectual Property

• All creative materials, ad copy, and automation systems created by IZ1 Media remain our intellectual property unless transferred in writing.

• Clients retain ownership of their own logos, brand assets, and existing content.

• You may use any deliverables created by IZ1 Media only for your business and may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute them without written consent.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and marketing information confidential.
This includes campaign data, performance reports, and proprietary methods shared during the engagement.
8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our services may involve connecting with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

• Calendly

• Zapier

• CRM or automation tools

IZ1 Media LLC is not responsible for errors, downtime, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZ1 Media LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any issues resulting from third-party software, hosting, or advertising platforms

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due.

• Campaign access and active work will cease.

• No refunds will be issued for partially completed months of service.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date and posted publicly on this page.
